Participating in Research

Join Our Teacher Research Pool
(5-7 minutes, no remuneration)

While there may be studies listed below that you can participate in, our teacher research pool is the focus of our website. By joining, we will collect a little information about you (the grade or class you teach, your age, your location, basic contact information). After joining the pool, you will receive invitations to participate in upcoming research studies. Some invitations may be for all teachers, while others may be for specific teachers (for example, middle school music teachers).

Teacher Supports in an Online Setting [Just completed! Watch for our report coming soon]
(8-15 minutes, no remuneration)

As part of collaborative study by researchers at Michigan State University and Brigham Young University, we want to better understand the opportunities and challenges teachers and families face in preparation and delivery of online learning. Teachers are being invited to participate in a 10-minute survey about the effects on your teaching and quality of life due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Your participation will inform school districts and policymakers about what you go through every day as a teacher and identify which supports are most valuable to you as an educator in an online setting.
